Refund Policy

All Evoq Design Atelier art prints and products are printed on demand. Therefore, they are considered final sales, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Shipping
All artworks are printed on demand and will be shipped within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Shipping will be tailored based on the destination.

International Shipping

• United States, EU, and UK: No import duties or taxes will be applied. However, local/state tax may be applicable and collected during checkout.
• Other Countries: Shipments may be subject to customs fees and taxes. The buyer is responsible for any applicable charges. Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in shipment delays. Returns will not be accepted due to these charges.

Incorrect/Undeliverable Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and international taxes will be incurred. Please double-check the shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or replacing items misdelivered due to an incorrect address.

Damages/Incorrect Order Details
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Damaged prints from Evoq Design Atelier are eligible for replacement. Please return the damaged or inaccurate prints to our atelier with written notification and photo documentation within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we will no longer replace items.

To initiate a return due to a damaged product, please submit your request through our [Contact Form]. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
