Refund policy
At EVOQ Design Atelier™, each fine art print is individually produced on demand to museum-quality standards. Because every work is created specifically for a collector at the time of purchase, all sales are considered final.
However, in the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement.
Final Sale Policy
All fine art prints and products are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for: change of mind or aesthetic preference, ordering the wrong size, material, or quantity, colour or scale differences related to screen calibration
We encourage collectors to review sizing and product details prior to purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

To expedite support, please include: order number, description of the issue, clear photographs of the artwork and packaging
If a return is required, we will provide authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without written authorization cannot be accepted.
After 14 days, we are no longer able to replace items.
Incorrect / Undeliverable Addresses
Please verify your shipping information carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot replace or refund artworks shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the collector. Artworks cannot be returned due to non-payment of import charges.
