Shipping policy

At EVOQ Design Atelier™, each fine art print is produced on demand using professional, archival-quality printing methods. This approach ensures exceptional detail, color accuracy, and longevity worthy of a contemporary art collection. Because every artwork is made specifically for the collector, production and shipping timelines may vary.


Production Time

Fine art prints are individually produced when an order is placed. Typical production time ranges from 3–7 business days, though this may extend during peak periods, exhibition releases, or limited-edition launches.

Collectors will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as their artwork has dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service. As a general guideline:

Canada 3–10 business days
United States 5–12 business days
United Kingdom / EU 7–15 business days
Other International 10–30 business days

*These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, packaging, and live carrier costs. For select regions and periods, promotional or complimentary shipping may be offered.


Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the collector.

Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to unpaid customs fees.


Address Accuracy

Collectors are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot replace or refund shipments delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply before the item can be resent.


Damaged Shipments

If an artwork arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for replacement procedures. We request notification within 14 days of delivery and clear photographic documentation so that we may resolve the issue with priority.


Packaging

Artworks are carefully packaged using industry-standard fine art shipping materials to provide protection in transit. Depending on size and medium, works may ship flat, rolled in a tube, or securely boxed.
